Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor, Mr. Schwartz graduated from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Mr. Schwartz has been licensed to practice law in New York State since 1993, and has been in private practice since that time.
